Of course a vegan diner will have amazing baked goods! Every dessert is mouth-watering but these cookies are the perfect end to any meal. Or a take-home treat.

Complete meal ordered on this visit: Garlic Knots, “Chickun” Gyro Sandwich with Coleslaw, Cookies.
I was full after the wonderful gyro and coleslaw, plus garlic knots, I’d had for lunch. But I did want a taste of something sweet.
The dessert menu has seven different desserts. And then about as many cookies to choose between.
I couldn’t decide between a Cowboy Cookie and the Orange Cookie, so I ordered both. Ethos is known for their cookies (though my favorite cookie so far is the Kitchen Sink Cookie at Dixie Dharma).
The Cowboy Cookie is oatmeal, pecan, coconut, and chocolate chip. You can taste all these flavors in every soft chewy bite. And while the cookie is chewy, it does still have a slight crust, the kind that only comes from scratch made and baked-on-the-premises cookies.
The Orange Cookie had flecks of orange zest in the dough. And was just as soft and chewy as the Cowboy. It, too, had that homemade cookie crust. I like the combination of orange and chocolate, so I ate half of each and took the rest home.
You can also order cookies to go without dining in. A big glass case of baked goods – and bread – is stationed up front for a quick stop.
I can’t wait to come back and order some brunch foods on a weekend. Or try a dinner entree. A comfortable place for the single serving diner. Especially if you have a good book!
